Terms and conditions for Tidy Touchs Cleaning Services
1. Service Description
Tidy Touchs Cleaning Services ("Company") agrees to provide professional cleaning services to the client ("Client") at the specified address. Services include but are not limited to:
- Regular house cleaning services
- Deep cleaning services
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Additional services as specified in the service agreement
2. Scheduling and Access
Services will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. The Client agrees to:
- Provide safe and clear access to the property
- Ensure pets are secured or removed during service
- Provide necessary keys, codes, or access instructions
- Give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards
- Online payments can be made through our secure payment portal
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice
4. Liability and Insurance
Tidy Touchs Cleaning Services is:
- Fully licensed and insured
- Bonded for your protection
- Committed to using safe, professional cleaning products
- Responsible for any damage caused by our negligence
The Client is responsible for securing or removing valuable items and fragile objects before service begins.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:
- If you're not satisfied with our service, we'll return within 24 hours to make it right
- No additional charge for re-cleaning if the issue is due to our oversight
- Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion if you have concerns
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling policies:
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service fee
- No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge
7. Privacy and Security
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality:
- All employees are background checked and trustworthy
- We do not share client information with third parties
- Keys and access codes are kept secure and confidential
- We follow all applicable privacy laws and regulations
8. Service Modifications
Service modifications and special requests:
- Additional services can be added with advance notice
- Special cleaning requests will be accommodated when possible
- Service frequency can be adjusted with 30 days notice
- Emergency or same-day service may incur additional fees
